Poslání

Účelem projektu je realizace preventivních programů zmocnit znevýhodněné osoby k řešení problémů jak vlastních, tak problémů komunity s cílem předcházet sociálnímu vyloučení a odstraňovat jeho důsledky. Zároveň také posílit postavení osob cílové skupiny ve společnosti a podpořit jejich účast na rozhodování.

Cíle                

Hlavním cílem projektu je prevence sociálního vyloučení a komunitní práce. Dílčím cílem projektu je nalezení efektivnější cesty k řešení situace našich klientů využívající principy komunitní práce ve vyloučené lokalitě. Poskytnout osobám cílové skupiny (dospělí i děti) podporu a pomoc k získávání dovedností řešit svou situaci vlastními silami nebo s podporou zaměstnanců projektu, či společným úsilím dané komunity.
Usilujeme o to, aby uživatelé pocítili, že mohou tvořit a alespoň z části ovlivnit to, co se v jejich okolí děje.

Konkrétně se nám jedná o:

• aktivně přispět ke zlepšení situace v lokalitě
• zdokonalit praktické dovednosti
• zvětšit kompetence jednotlivce
• posílení sebevědomí
• zlepšení komunikační schopnosti a sociální mobility
• čerpání informací, vzdělávání

Cílová skupina

V projektu jde především o dospělé osoby z vyloučené lokality, v doplňkových aktivitách se bude pozornost týkat také dětí. Zároveň také dochází k hlídání dětí 0 - 3 roky v době, kdy rodič pracuje na jiných úkolech nebo na pořádání akcí pro děti.

Služba je poskytována bezplatně.

Mission
The purpose of the project is to implement preventive programs to empower disadvantaged people to solve their own problems and community problems in order to prevent social exclusion and eliminate its consequences. At the same time, to strengthen the position of the target group in society and to support their participation in decision-making.

Goals
The main goal of the project is the prevention of social exclusion and community work. The partial goal of the project is to find a more effective way to solve the situation of our clients using the principles of community work in an excluded locality. Another goal is to provide people from the target group (adults and children) with support and assistance in acquiring skills to solve their
situation on their own or with the help of project employees, or by the joint effort of the community.
We strive to make users feel that they can create and at least partially influence what is happening around them.

Specifically, we are talking about:

• actively contribute to the improvement of the situation in the locality
• improve practical skills
• increase the competencies of the individuala
• strengthening self-confidence
• improving communication skills and social mobility
• gaining information, education

Target group
The project is mainly for adults from the excluded locality, in additional activities, we will be focused on children as well. At the same time, there is also babysitting for children aged 0 - 3 for when the parent is working on other tasks or organizing events for children.
The service is provided free of charge.
